TRENTON, N.J. — A former teacher and youth minister who had sexual contact with two boys has pleaded guilty to child endangerment charges.

Menachim Chinn pleaded guilty Friday as part of a deal with Mercer County prosecutors.

They will recommend that the 40-year-old East Windsor man receive a suspended five-year prison term and be placed on lifetime parole when he’s sentenced Oct. 13. He also will have to register as a sex offender.

Authorities say both boys were students at the Shalom Torah Academy in Marlboro, where Chinn was a teacher. Further details about the victims were not disclosed.

One of the incidents occurred at Chinn’s home, where he touched the genitals of one boy. The other occurred at the school, where Chinn had the other boy touch his genitals.
