Keaton Simpson, an incoming senior at Seymour High School, placed first in the boys 18 division in the Indiana Golf Foundation Age Group Championships on Wednesday and Thursday in Plymouth.

Simpson shot 71-75–146 on the par-72 Silver Course at Swan Lake Resort.

David Counsellor of Mishawaka and Alex Honigford of Indianapolis tied for second at 151.

Owen Marshall, an incoming Seymour High School freshman, shot 86-85–171 to tie for 17th in the boys 14 division, while Seymour sophomore Bridget Marshall shot 108-95–203 to place 14th in the girls 15 division.
