PHOENIX — Authorities say a woman and two children have been injured after being hit by a car while waiting at a Phoenix bus stop.

Phoenix Fire Department officials say a 7-month-old girl was taken to a hospital with a head injury Tuesday afternoon along with an 8-year-old boy with a leg injury and a 30-year-old woman with unspecified injuries.

The names of the three injured weren’t immediately released.

Authorities say the unidentified 62-year-old man who was driving the car involved in the crash also taken to a hospital with a medical complaint.

The cause of the accident is unclear, but witnesses say the car went over the curb before hitting the three victims at the 19th Avenue and Camelback Road bus stop.
