MONTGOMERY, Ala. — A woman has been arrested in connection to a robbery shooting at a gas station in Alabama.

Lowndes County Sheriff John Williams told the Montgomery Advertiser on Wednesday that 40-year-old Katrina Latrese Owens is charged with first-degree robbery. Williams says an employee Samir Patel was shot June 12 and taken to the hospital where the victim is in critical condition.

Authorities say Dorther Alexander Rogers was arrested June 20 in connection to the shooting. Rogers is charged with first-degree robbery.

Three others are still being sought.

Owens is being held at the Lowndes County jail on a $500,000 bond. It’s unclear if Owens has an attorney.
