LOS ANGELES — Los Angeles police have shot and killed a man after a chase in the San Fernando Valley.

Police say a domestic violence report sent officers to Pacoima at around 2 a.m. Saturday.

A car chase began that ended about 10 minutes later when the suspect left the car and ran.

Officers then shot and killed him, although other details haven’t been released.

Police say a gun was found near the man.
