MINOT, N.D. — A Minot woman accused of helping her husband plan and cover up the killing of his ex-wife is seeking a bond hearing.

The Minot Daily News reports (http://bit.ly/2uuuzET ) that 26-year-old Cynthia Wilder maintains that with school starting soon, her children need her at home. No judge has responded to Wilder’s request.

Wilder was arrested in May and charged with conspiracy to commit murder in the 2015 death of Angila Wilder. She’s jailed on $1 million bond.

Her husband, Richie Wilder, was sentenced in December to life in prison for the slaying of his ex-wife.
