The Jackson County Public Library will offer Creative Connection, an arts and crafts program for adults and teens age 14 and older, at 2 p.m. Aug. 12 at the library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour.

Led by skilled artist and information services clerk Trina Roark, attendees will make a scarecrow wreath. Registration is required by Monday at the library checkout desk with a $5 payment for supplies.
