ALTON, N.H. — The New Hampshire Marine Patrol says two teenagers riding a tube in Lake Winnipesaukee were ejected and one was taken to a hospital after they were struck by a 21-foot-long boat that didn’t stop.

The patrol said a boat towing the tube was making a turn at about 6:30 p.m. Tuesday when the other boat struck. It reportedly came from the direction of Minge Cove in Alton and proceeded north toward Rattlesnake Island.

The boat was described as white with blue or gray lettering. The patrol is asking anyone with information about the boat to call.
