Robert Keith

SEYMOUR, INDIANA

Robert L. Keith, 89, of Seymour passed away on Wednesday, August 9, at Seymour Crossing. He was born March 5, 1928, in Jackson County, to the late Clayborn Keith and Elizabeth (Shattuck) Keith. Robert worked for Williams Moving. He loved to tell stories of the younger days. He also loved playing the harmonica, and riding his moped in the wind, he would say.

He is survived by several nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Wilbur, Virgil and Theodore Keith; and sisters, Ruth Keith, Edna M. Beavers, Dorothy Williams, Anna May Dean, Katherine Waggoner, and Grace Guffey.

Funeral services will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Monday, August 14, at 1 pm with Rev. Tom Judd officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Sunday, August 13, from 2-5 pm and on Monday from 12 noon until time of service.
