The September gallery exhibit at Southern Indiana Center for the Arts, in partnership with Edward Jones Seymour offices, features art from local and regional artists.
The annual judged show brings in artworks of oil and acrylic paints, chalk and charcoal pastels, drawing pencils, scratchboard, photography and pottery.
The free exhibit will be featured through Sept. 30 at the center, 2001 N. Ewing St., Seymour.
A meet-and-greet will be from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
Many of the original artwork is for sale. The purchase of art supports the artist and the center.
Edward Jones Seymour offices, which has sponsored the judged show for more than 10 years, will give a special award. There also will be other awards.
SICA hours are from noon to 5 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
