The Seymour High School Class of 1962 recently conducted its 55th reunion.
The evening was opened by reunion chairman Ron Wehrkamp, followed by prayer from classmate Tom Fox.
After the meal, a class picture was taken, and the program began with Larry Rascoe reading the names of the 44 deceased members.
Class vice president Bob Dixon led the group in a special prayer, followed by Rascoe recognizing the classmates who attended the reunion.
Along with many from Seymour, Indianapolis and other Indiana towns were classmates attending from Nevada, Texas, Kansas, Wisconsin, New York, Virginia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia, Illinois and Kentucky.
Door prizes were handed out by committee members Peg Ackerman, Barb Otte, Cindy Darlage and Linda Marsh.
The program ended with the group singing the class song and the Seymour High School song.
The class voted to have the 60th reunion in 2022.
