NASHUA, N.H. — Prosecutors say a man charged with sexual assault pulled a gun on the victim’s boyfriend and falsely claimed he was a police officer.
Twenty-four-year-old Michael Graham, of Nashua, is charged with sexual assault, false personation and criminal threatening. WMUR-TV reports (http://bit.ly/2fFdlwy ) his lawyer told a judge Thursday that he is innocent.
Prosecutors say Graham invited a female friend over to his house to watch football, and then sexually assaulted her. The victim called her boyfriend to pick her up.
Nashua Police Lt. Kerry Baxter says Graham met the boyfriend with a gun and claimed he was a police officer.
Nashua police say Graham told them he was a U.S. Department of Homeland Security officer. Officials later determined he has never worked for any law enforcement agency.
