Thrive Alliance is asking residents to participate in a Community Assessment Survey for Older Adults, which is being sent out to 2,480 households at random.

The survey is designed to provide a picture of how older adult residents in Bartholomew, Brown, Decatur, Jackson and Jennings counties are being served, to gauge their perceptions about their community and to make comparisons with other locations across the nation.

Survey participants will receive invites in the mail to participate. The survey has questions about quality of life, local policies, demographics, rating of local government services and use of those services. Surveys are returned by postage-paid envelope in the mail.
