SAN ANTONIO — A fourth Bandidos motorcycle club member has pleaded guilty in the 2006 slaying of an Austin man who allegedly sought to establish a chapter of the rival Hell’s Angels.

Federal prosecutors say 36-year-old Norberto “Hammer” Serna Jr. pleaded guilty Wednesday in federal court in San Antonio to discharging a firearm during murder in aid of racketeering in the slaying of Anthony W. Benesh III.

Benesh was fatally shot March 18, 2006, in front of his girlfriend and two children as they left an Austin pizza shop.

Another Bandidos member pleaded guilty Monday to the same charge. Two others pleaded guilty last week to a murder charge.

Serna faces up to life in prison when he’s sentenced in June.
