The Seymour Library will close at noon Thursday and remain closed all day Friday and Saturday for Seymour Oktoberfest.

The Friends of the Jackson County Public Library will accept $5 donations for parking for any of the three days at the library, 303 W. Second St.

The Discovery Bus also is off the road Thursday afternoon. Materials may be returned in the drive-up materials return on the south side of the library while it is closed.

The Crothersville and Medora branches will maintain regular hours from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday at Crothersville and from 2 to 6 p.m. Thursday at Medora. The Crothersville Library will be open from noon to 5 p.m. Friday, while the Medora Library will be open from 2 to 6 p.m. Both of those libraries will be open from noon to 5 p.m. Saturday.
