Beck’s Mill’s annual cornmeal bakeoff will be conducted Oct. 28 during the Oktoberfest celebration at the facility, 4433 S. Beck’s Mill Road, Salem.

Entries must contain at least a half-cup of Beck’s Mill cornmeal, either white or yellow, recipe enclosed and in a nonreturnable container.

The entry can be dropped off at the mill between 11 a.m. and noon. Judging will be shortly after.

Prizes will be given, and the winning recipe will be included in next year Beck’s Mill recipe book.
