SEYMOUR, INDIANA
Beatrice ‘Betty’ Quillen, 87, of Seymour, passed away on Wednesday, October 04, 2017, at Seymour Crossing. She was born on December 4, 1929, to the late Alfred Gaffney Sr. and Ester (England) Gaffney.
She was a member of First Church of the Nazarene ‘The Point’ in Seymour.
She is survived by her husband of 69 years, William ‘Bill’ Quillen, Sr.; children, William Richard Quillen, Jr. and Wanda Sue Quillen; grandchildren, Heath Quillen and Chaz Quillen; great-grandchildren, Christopher, Sophia, Bonnie, Cassidy and Pixie; and a brother, John W. Gaffney.
She is preceded in death by her parents; a son, Larry Dean Quillen; grandson, Christopher Shaun Quillen; brother, Alfred Gaffney, Jr; and a sister, Mrs. Wilma Quillen.
Funeral services will be conducted by Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday, October 6 at The Point at 1:30 pm with Rev. Steve Greene officiating. Burial will follow at Garland Brook Cemetery in Columbus.
Family and friends may call at The Point on Friday after 11 am until time of service.
