SEYMOUR, INDIANA

Edward ‘Ed’ C. Henry, 95, of Seymour passed away on Friday, October 06, 2017, at Hoosier Christian Village in Brownstown. He was born September 15, 1922, in Crothersville, IN, to the late Amos Alonzo and Elsie Marie (Rider) Henry.

On December 20, 1944, in Richmond, IN, he married Alma Bulington, who preceded him in death August 19, 2000. Edward was a member of First Baptist Church, Seymour, where he served for many years and was a member of the AGOGA Sunday School Class. He was retired from Thompson Dairy Company in Seymour and Hopewell Ramblers. One of his enjoyments was going to Cracker Barrel with family and friends.

He is survived by his children, Linda K. (Rodney) Pollert and Randy Lee (Lisa) Henry; grandchildren, Julie (Dave) Bracken, Kevin D. (Nikki) Pollert, Benjamin Henry, Andrew Henry, Jessica (Rick) Wright, and Zachariah Henry; several great grandchildren; and a brother Glen E. Henry.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife; sister, Louise Hickerson; and brothers, Leo Henry and Donnie Henry.

Funeral services will be held at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Monday, October 9, at 11 am with Rev. Barry DeWitt officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
