Jeffery Lee Terry, 49, of Seymour passed away Friday, October 20, 2017 at his residence.

He was born May 25, 1968 in Chicago, Illinois, he was the son of the late Junior “Tom” Terry and Shelby (Wooten) Terry.

He married Melody L. Terry on Dec. 21, 2015, and she survives.

He was a former employee of Regal Industries in Crothersville.

Survivors include sons, Kenley Terry, Scottsburg. and Michael McNear, Indianapolis; brother, Harold Farmer, Georgia, Bill Smith, Austin, Andrew Cornett, Austin, John Smith, Austin, and Glenn Cornett, Austin; Sister: Thelma Pennington, Austin; stepmother, Thelma Terry; and three grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his brothers, Ira, Michael, David, Burlin, Michael Joe Terry and Larry Smith

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 25, 2017, at Buchanan Funeral Home in Austin with the Rev. Jeff Mullins officiating.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday at Buchanan Funeral Home.
