Jack LaFollette, 73, of Seymour, passed away on Wednesday, October 25, 2017. He was born on June 30, 1944, in Indianapolis, to the late Chaile Melvin and Mary Jane (Williams) LaFollette.

Jack was a retired tool and die maker. He had been an active member in the Eagles since 1975, a member of the American Legion, American Legion Riders and the Region 7 ABATE. Jack loved nothing more than being on his bike and traveling to many places in the US. He was living with his daughter, Kathi.

He is survived by his children, Patsy Gross, Kathi Campbell, Jack L. LaFollette, Jr., Jeffrey LaFollette, and Tina LeeAnn Mitchell; stepchildren, Tim (Cindy) Lambert, Lisa (Alan) Tanner and Michael (Jennifer) White; sister, Ruth Thomas; thirteen grandchildren and step-grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and nieces, Brenda Bruffey, Christina Barnes-Silver and Alexandra Thomas.

Jack was preceded in death by his parents, stepdaughter, DeAnna Miller; and brothers, Joseph LaFollette and infant John David LaFollette.

Funeral services will be at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Saturday, October 28, at 12 noon with Rev. David Carroll officiating. Graveside service will follow at 2:30 pm at Memorial Park Cemetery, 9350 E. Washington St., Indianapolis.

Family and friends may call at Voss & Sons Funeral Service on Friday from 4-8 pm and on Saturday after 11 am until time of service.
