A Halloween event has been rescheduled for Tuesday in Brownstown.

A costume parade will start at 5:45 p.m. at McDonald’s, 321 N. Main St. Children will walk to the Jackson County Courthouse square, where they will visit candy stops at places around the square and inside the courthouse. Candy bags will be provided.

Brownstown/Ewing Main Street, the Brownstown Chamber of Commerce and the town of Brownstown are partnering for the event.

Residential trick-or-treating is set for 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
