Due to a source error, there was incorrect information in a front-page article in Friday’s issue of The Tribune.

The First Care Clinic under construction in Seymour will not offer employment physicals and exams, and there are only 10 Kentucky locations. Seymour and Bedford will be the company’s first locations in Indiana, and there is no facility being planned for Nashville, Tennessee.

Seymour’s facility at 1202 E. Tipton St. in the Jackson Park Shopping Center lot is scheduled to open this winter.
