Learn how to play cribbage at library

0

Volunteers Terri and Ed DeVoe will teach interested adults how to play cribbage at 6 p.m. Thursday and Nov. 16 and 30 upstairs at the Jackson County Public Library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour.

Experienced cribbage players also are welcome to play during this free cribbage meetup, which generally is conducted on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Registration is not required.

People may drop in to find out about this card game for two to four players, a characteristic feature of which is the crib. The object is to make counting combinations for points that are scored on a cribbage board.

Cards and boards are provided.
