A head-on wreck involving two semitrailers has forced the closure of U.S. 50 west of Brownstown.

The wreck occurred around 4:15 p.m. today in the 10500 block of U.S. 50 near the road that leads to Clearspring.

Police have reported entrapment in at least one of the semitrailers.

Police and medical personnel are on their way to the scene.
