ALBANY, N.Y. — People will gather at dusk in an Albany park for a second annual lantern parade.

Participants will parade around the lake in Washington Park on Sunday evening. The Albany Lantern Parade is designed to celebrate the community and showcase creativity.

Free workshops were held in the city on how to make lanterns from recycled bottles and other craft materials.
