Tigers top Generals

Crothersville outscored Clarksville 37-19 in the second half to come away with a 63-42 non-conference road win Tuesday.

The Tigers trailed 10-6 in the first quarter before outscoring the Generals 19-13 in the second — behind 12 points by Piper Hensley — to lead 26-23.

In the third quarter, the Tigers’ Tayler Brewer caught fire scoring 15 of her game-high 25 points.

Brewer topped the Tigers’ scoring, Hensley added 17 points and Isabell Lewis had eight.

The Tigers (3-2) will play at Orleans on Friday.
