FPBH Inc. has announced the addition of the Wayman & Associates Inc. surveying and engineering office in Seymour to its current offices in North Vernon and New Castle.

FPBH is grateful for the opportunity to carry on the excellence in land surveying and design services to the Seymour community provided by the late Jim Wayman, according to a news release from the company.

This new endeavor will continue the traditions started by Bill Bateman in 1975 and carried on by Jim Wayman by maintaining continuity in preserving their work and archiving those historic documents, FPBH officials said.

The company will continue to provide these services for the areas in and around Seymour and Jackson County.

To celebrate the move to Seymour, an open house has been set for 2 to 4 p.m. Dec. 7 at the office, 402 Circle St. The public is invited to stop by to meet the staff and enjoy refreshments. There will be a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 3 p.m.
