MONTGOMERY, Ala. — Police say a suspect in a deadly domestic dispute has been arrested in Alabama.

Montgomery police spokeswoman Capt. Regina Duckett tells the Montgomery Advertiser that U.S. Marshals arrested 30-year-old Cornelius Fain in Talladega on Wednesday. Duckett says he was arrested in connection with the shooting death of 32-year-old Vantrell Flynn.

Duckett says police and medics responded to the reported shooting Friday. She says Flynn was taken to a hospital and pronounced dead later that night.

Fain is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility on a $150,000 bail for a murder charge. It is unclear if he has a lawyer.
