The Schneck Medical Center board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at noon Tuesday in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The purpose of the executive session, closed to the public and press, is to allow for discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute; discussion of a job performance evaluation of individual employees; and discussion and preparation of competitive marketing strategies.
