Schneck Medical Center’s board of trustees plans to meet in executive session at 7 tonight in the boardroom of the hospital, 411 W. Tipton St., Seymour.

The purpose of the executive session, closed to the public and press, is discussion of strategy for the initiation of litigation or litigation that is pending or has been threatened in writing and the purchase or lease of real property; discussion of job performance evaluation of individual employees; discussion and preparation of competitive marketing strategies; and engage in strategic planning.

The board’s public session will follow at 8 p.m.
