CHARLESTON, W.Va. — Police in West Virginia have identified a man who was found dead on a porch in frigid weather.

Charleston police Chief Steve Cooper tells WOWK-TV the victim found Sunday was identified as 52-year-old Clyde Chester Parsons of Charleston. Neighbors say the man was homeless.

Cooper says no foul play is suspected. Temperatures dipped into the single digits over the weekend.
