CROTHERSVILLE

Fanny B. Henry, 91, of Crothersville, IN, passed away at 11:15 PM on Monday, February 12, 2018 at Scott Memorial Hospital in Scottsburg, IN. Born October 5, 1926 in Munfordville, KY, she was the daughter of Virgil and Fanny (Shaw) Bush.

On April 19, 1946 in Manchester, IN, she married Glen Henry who survives in Crothersville, IN.

Fanny worked at the former U.S. Shoe Corp. in Crothersville and retired from Cummins Engine Company in 1982. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church of Crothersville and Crothersville VFW Post #1083 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed gardening, playing bingo, and most of all spending time with her family who were so very important to her that she loved with her whole heart.

Other survivors include, 2 children, 1 son, Glenn (Linda) Henry of Crothersville, IN and 1 daughter, Donna Ann (Bill) Judd of Carmel, IN, 4 grandchildren, 1 foster grandchild, 8 great grandchildren, 4 foster great grandchildren, 3 siblings, Lottie (Brick) Sentz of Crothersville, IN, Larue (Virgie) Bush of Charlestown, IN, and Sam Bush of Scottsburg, IN.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, Jim Bush, Elzie Bush, and Bud Bush.

Fanny’s son-in-law, Pastor Bill Judd, will conduct funeral services at 11:00 AM on Friday, February 16, 2018 at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Crothersville, with burial to follow at Crothersville Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 15, 2018 and after 10:00 AM on Friday, all at Adams Family Funeral Home & Crematory in Crothersville.

On Thursday, February 15, 2018 at 7:30 PM, the Crothersville Ladies Auxiliary will be conducting a memorial service in honor of Fanny’s years of service.
