The East Fork White River is expected to crest at 18.4 feet at midnight Sunday at Rockford on Seymour’s north side, according to the latest forecast from the National Weather Service.

At 18.5 feet, the river is nearing major flood stage. The last time the river reached that level was May 6, 2017, when it went to 18.6 feet.

Numerous county roads and several state roads will be flooded.
