Schneck Primary Care recently announced Dr. Michael Conway will be retiring from practice May 17 after serving the community as a family practice physician for more than 33 years.

He has been a longtime provider at Jackson Park Physicians, now known as Schneck Primary Care.

“It has been an honor to be chosen by patients to treat, help and advise them throughout their lives,” he said in a news release. “It has been both a blessing and a privilege.”

Conway’s patients may contact Schneck Primary Care to transition their care to another physician-led care team within the practice.

Patients with appointments scheduled with him after May 17 will be contacted to reschedule their appointments with another provider.
