The boil water advisory in effect for the 600-plus customers of Village Green Mobile Home Park, 825 S. O’Brien St., Seymour, was canceled Friday.

The advisory was put into effect after the water had to be shut off for the recent repair of a leak, said Pat Fosbrink with Natural Public Supply.

The Indiana Department of Environmental Management requires boil water advisories be put in place in such cases, she said.
