Brook Nichole Neidige, 19, of Seymour, who faces charges of possession of paraphernalia and assisting a criminal

Alexander David Lee Walker, 24, of Brownstown, who faces charges of theft, criminal trespassing, dealing in marijuana/hashish, possession of marijuana/hashish and possession of paraphernalia

Savannah Danyel Cobb, 26, of Seymour, who faces charges of possession of paraphernalia and assisting a criminal

Cobb and Neidige were released from the Jackson County Jail in Brownstown at 5:08 a.m. Friday. Howard has a $705 bond, and Walker’s bond is $1,505.

After the tip was provided, Brownstown Police Department officer Jordan Hawn and Jackson County Sheriff’s Department officers Brad Barker, Clint Burcham and Mark Holt responded to the Kurtz area to find two men with active arrest warrants — Howard in Bartholomew County and Walker in Jackson County.

During the investigation, one of the men attempted to escape the home they were hiding in, and evidence of a marijuana grow was located, according to a news release from the Brownstown Police Department.

Police obtained a search warrant for the home, and Howard and Walker were found hiding inside.

Also found in the home were a marijuana plant growing in a planter and one in the harvesting process, weighing and packaging materials and methamphetamine paraphernalia, police said.

Howard, Neidige, Walker and Cobb were then arrested and taken to the jail.
