Traffic on Second Street near the Louisville & Indiana Railroad in downtown Seymour will be restricted to one lane between 4 p.m. midnight today for an Indiana American Water Co. project.

Also Indianapolis Avenue will be closed on both sides of railroad track between Second and Third streets during the same time period, according to Rick Clark with the water company.
