The Jackson County Jail Ministry will be recognizing Sheriff Mike Carothers, Lt. Andy Wayman and jail Commander Charlie Murphy for their dedicated service time to the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department and support of the ministry.

The service will be at 10 a.m. Sunday at Christ Covenant Church, 1005 S. Poplar St., Seymour.

All military service veterans will be recognized for their service time to our country, too.

Guest speakers will be Mayor Craig Luedeman, Sister Gayle Skaggs, Minister Dave Semenuk from Gideons International, the Rev. Wendell Chinn and Minister William Helblig.

The public is invited.
