The Southern Indiana Model Railroad Association will present its annual holiday model train exhibit from 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 1 and from 1:15 to 3:30 p.m. Dec. 2 at the Jackson County Public Library, 303 W. Second St., Seymour.

Everyone is invited to see new model train modules and arrangements at a free weekend of holiday railroad fun for all ages.

Many operating model railroad layouts in different scales will run during the show. In addition, train sets will be given away as door prizes, but attendees must be present to win. The drawing for door prizes will take place at 3 p.m. both days.

After Thanksgiving, people can see a model railroad display in the library lobby. Library patrons may check out railroading and model railroading books and movies available in the lobby.
