Tri-County Conservation Club members will conduct their annual Christmas pitch-in meal at 12:30 p.m. Sunday at the club, 8705 E. County Road 800S, near Crothersville.

Meat, drinks and paper goods will be provided, and each family is asked to bring two side dishes. The public is invited.

Santa will visit to get all of the children’s last-minute requests for his Christmas list.

Attendees are asked to bring a few items for the white elephant auction, which will be conducted after Santa leaves. If you have something that you would like to donate but are unable to attend, arrangements may be made for pickup.

New memberships cards are available, and there are some openings for rentals this holiday season.
