Three Seymour residents were named to the dean’s list at Belmont University for the fall semester.

Caroline Lucas, Claire Smith and Grant Sutton were among the 35 percent of the 8,318 students of the university in Nashville, Tennessee, to be named to the list.

Students named to the list had to maintain a 3.5 grade-point average with no grade below a C while carrying a minimum course load of 12 hours.
