Sixteen members of the Phi Beta Psi sorority braved the cold to attend their Jan. 21 business meeting at the Community Foundation of Jackson County in Seymour.

Theta Omega President Kalee Alberring conducted the meeting.

Roll call was answered by the members telling the number of toiletries the donated for the Cold Night Out Shelter. That number was put toward the red and white spirit team totals.

A donation of $375 was given to Jackson County United Way.

The annual review was held with members divided into the red and white teams. That winning team also got spirit club points. At present, Jackie Hill’s white team is ahead by nine points.

Mary Reynolds took dinner-dance ticket monies and reservation papers for the upcoming gala. She told about the party basket and goody basket that will be won by people buying the lucky tickets Feb. 2.

Alberring won the THETO.
