As the Brownstown Central High School choral department rehearses for the musical "The Little Mermaid," the choir boosters invites children to the Under the Sea Character Breakfast.

It’s set for 8 to 10 a.m. Saturday in the cafeteria at the high school, 500 N. Elm St., Brownstown.

Children ages up to eighth grade may attend. Tickets are $10 in advance from any principal cast member or at The Peoples Bank, Family Drug or Azteca Mexican Restaurant in Brownstown. They are $12 if purchased at the door. The admission cost includes breakfast, a gift and photos with characters (bring your own camera).

A breakfast ticket for an adult is $5.

"The Little Mermaid" performances are at 7 p.m. March 7 and 8 and 5 p.m. March 9 in the auditorium at the high school. Doors open 30 minutes before each show.

Tickets are $10 and available at The Peoples Bank, Family Drug or Azteca Mexican Restaurant. Children in kindergarten and up must purchase a ticket. Those younger than kindergarten occupying a seat must have a ticket.
