A 24-year-old man sustained minor injuries when his semitrailer overturned Tuesday afternoon on Airport Road on the Seymour’s west side, police report.
Hunter Anderson of Seymour was driving north when the load of salt he was hauling in the trailer shifted, causing it to tip over as he turned onto Corporate Way, Seymour Police Department Officer Jeremy Helmsing said.
Anderson was assisted out of the vehicle by first responders after the wreck, reported at 1:50 p.m., and is only said to have suffered a minor ankle injury, said Helmsing, who is a public information officer for the department.

Police were assisted by personnel with the Seymour Fire Department and Jackson County Emergency Medical Services.
