The Seymour Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing man.

Walfre Baltazar, 19, was reported missing by family members on Monday.

After an investigation, foul play is not suspected in his disappearance, police said.

Baltazar was last seen at Village Green Mobile Home Park on the city’s south side. Police said there are no known areas that he frequents.
