Seymour man arrested on charges Kentucky warrant

A 25-year-old man wanted for burglary and other charges out of Henderson County, Kentucky, was arrested Wednesday evening on Seymour’s east side.

Nelson Josue Suceda-Nunez of Seymour was booked into Jackson County Jail in Brownstown on a warrant for burglary and charges of criminal mischief in the first degree and wanton endangerment in the first degree at 8:51 p.m. He was being held without bond today pending his extradition to Kentucky.

Suceda-Nunez was arrested in the 2000 block of East Tipton Street at 7:25 p.m. by Seymour officers, who were assisting the United States Marshal Service, according to a news release from Lt. C.J. Foster with SPD.
