Complete survey on mental health, substance abuse

Numerous studies have shown employee mental health and substance use affect productivity, employee satisfaction and retention.

Simultaneously, headlines describe the ongoing challenges to sustain the workforce, even as demand for workers continues to rise.

Purdue Extension addresses mental health and substance use concerns that affect Hoosiers by providing community education and prevention resources throughout Indiana. Purdue Extension is expanding these efforts by developing a curriculum to address mental health and substance use concerns for workplaces.

To achieve this goal, Purdue Extension wants to learn how employers and business leaders currently approach mental health and substance use issues in the workplace and learn what supports businesses may need to address these issues.
