Notice of Sheriff's Sale

By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Superior Court of Jackson County, Indiana, in Cause No. 36D01-0712-MF-88, wherein Taylor, Bean & Whitaker Mortgage Corp., was Plaintiff, and David E. Gorbett, Wells Fargo Bank Minnesota, NA, Personal Finance Company, Firstar Finance Inc., Brownstown Animal Hospital and Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, were the Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and costs, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 7th day of Aug., 2008, at 10:00 a.m. of said day, at the 150 E. State Road 250, Brownstown, IN 47220, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Jackson County, Indiana:

Lot seven (7) in Westgate Manor First Section, an Addition to the City of Seymour. Also: Lot eight (8) in Westgate Manor First Section an Addition to the City of Seymour, Except: Sixty-three (63) feet by parallel lines of the entire West side thereof and commonly known as: 1508 Morningside Drive, Seymour, IN 47274.

Subject to all easements and restrictions of record, and subject to all real estate taxes, and assessments currently due, delinquent or which are to become a lien.

Said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws. If the sale is set aside for any reason, the Purchaser at the sale shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit paid. The Purchaser shall have no further recourse against the Mortgagor, the Mortgagee or the Mortgagee's Attorney.
