Notice of Public Hearing
For Primary Plat

""Notice of Public Hearing" is hereby given on the "Primary Plat" consists of 20 lots, numbered 1 to 20 inclusive.

A public hearing for the "Primary Plat" will be held by the Seymour Plan Commission for the City of Seymour, Indiana, in City Hall, 301-309 N. Chestnut Street, on the 10 day of April 2008 at 7:00 p.m.

Petitioner of said subdivision is Marvin W. Huffman.

This hearing is open to the public, all adjoining property owners, and other interested persons. Written communications or objections should be filed with the Commission before 4:00 p.m. on the day of the hearing. Interested persons may appear in person, or by counsel, to present their views upon the proposed Primary Plat, at the time and date of public hearing. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as the Commission may deem necessary. A copy of said Primary Plat may be inspected at the office of the Secretary of the Plan Commission of the City of Seymour, Indiana for inspection by the public or anyone interested. Said subdivision is located on South Fourth Street Road, Seymour, Indiana and more fully described as follows:

A 6.323 acre tract being a part of the northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 6 North, Range 6 East, Corporate Limits of the City of Seymour, Jackson Township described as follows:

Beginning at a limestone, found in place, at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of Section 16, Township 6 North, Range 6 East; thence North 89 degrees 49 minutes 14 seconds East, bearing taken from the plat of Pin Oak Subdivision, Section 2, as found recorded in Plat Record 7, Page 217, along the North line of said subdivision and the adjoining Pin Oak Subdivision, Section 1, a distance of 1061.16 feet to a 5/8"x 30" capped rebar inscribed "E.K. Farrow, RLS #12431, placed this survey, on the approximate western right-of-way line of Fourth Street Road; thence North 28 degrees 33 minutes 01 seconds West along the approximate western right-of-way line of said Fourth Street Road, a distance of 359.67 feet to a 5/8" capped rebar inscribed "C&D FIRM 0031", found in place; thence South 73 degrees 16 minutes 19 seconds West, a distance of 204.48 feet to the approximate center of a sixteen inch diameter ash tree; thence North 28 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds West, a distance of 125.00 feet to a ½" rebar, found in place, on the southern right-of-way line of the railroad; thence South 73 degrees 16 minutes 19 seconds West along the southern right-of-way line of said railroad, a distance of 657.59 feet to a ½" rebar, found in place; thence South 01 degrees 12 minutes 25 seconds West, a distance of 180.91 feet to the place of beginning and containing 6.323 acres, more or less.

The above described 6.323 acre tract is subject to all legal highways, easements, liens and incumbrances.

This notice given pursuant to the order of the Seymour City Plan Commission of Seymour, Indiana.
