Order Setting time to Hear Petition for Administration and Heirship and Notice to Creditors
Case No. 08-PR-102
A petition has been filed for administration of the estate and determination of heirship of the decedent, whose date of birth was 7/27/23 and date of death was 3/22/08. The decedent died domiciled in Kenosha County, State of Wisconsin, with a post office address of: 19900 - 128th Street, Lot #79, Bristol, Wisc. 53104.
It is ordered that:
1. The petition be heard at the Kenosha County Courthouse, Kenosha, Wisconsin, Room 305, before Hon. Barbara A. Kluka Court Official, on Aug. 14, 2008 at 10:00 a.m. or when scheduled thereafter.
2. Heirship will be determined on the date set for hearing on the final account. You need not appear unless you object. The petition may be granted if no objection is made.
3. Creditor's claims must be filed with the court on or before Sept. 1, 2008.
4. Publication of this notice shall constitute notice to any persons whose names or addresses are unknown. **The names or post office addresses of the following persons interested (if any) are not known or reasonably ascertainable: Betty Gier.
The first publication date shall be within 15 days from the date of this notice; And
1. By mailing, at least 20 days before the hearing, a copy of this notice and a copy of the will to every person entitled to notice; or
2. By personal service, at least 10 days before the hearing.
